I recently read a great article on Direct Mail Marketing which said – “you see no sign of direct mail disappearing”.
Direct mail has evolved from sending just a postcard. New ways of mailing include postcards that come alive with QR codes, high-quality images, sensory mails, direct mail with audio messages and other digitally driven options. This direct mail, when included in the core marketing strategy, can be effective and deliver ROI for all marketing campaigns.
I attended a trade show recently and was reminded of this article when I saw one of our suppliers with awesome fully customizable direct mail postcards. As I started talking to our rep she told me we can add small items to the postcard – magnets, lens cloths, dental floss, key chains & so much more. Want to get in front of those clients who are so busy they can’t take a call – send a video direct mail marketing piece – the possibilities are endless.
I thought to myself this is a great way to market. You get your message across as well as give a lasting and useful product.
